Base coat for Gel IQ. Apply a thin layer and cure for 30 seconds in Gel iQ UV / LED lamp that is specially developed for Gel iQ and provides a self-leveling where any streaks disappear during curing. After curing the top coat in the lamp, cleaning with High Shine Cleanser remains, which produces a fantastic shine and color reproduction.
