Application: Apply over foundation around the eyes and on both sides of the nose and blend gently using your fingertips or a brush. To create an overall radiant complexion, apply to the highest points of the cheeks, the cupid's bow, the bridge of the nose or the brow bows. For an immediate lift, apply just above your eyebrows.
